SHOOTING STYLE

Mouflon stalking over the rock and bushes on foot after drive with 4×4 or boat is the best method to get yourself in position to take this extremely shy and very difficult to spot animal. Mouflon is normally taken on less than 300m range but in mainland Croatia on Dinaric Alps in Central Dalmatia there is chance of taking long distance shot over 350m and especially all big Mouflon Sheep trophies over 90cm in Croatia are shot long range.

GROUP SIZE

3 people in a group is perfectly manageable but individual requests during family holidays can be taken as well.

DESCRIPTION OF AREAS AND COVER

Dinaric Alps as well Dalmatian Islands are mainly stones and bushes as perfect habitat for Mouflon. On some most difficult terrains, there is the use of mule or horse to transport the hunters to the peak of the hills so the Mouflon hunt can be taken from the top of the hill down toward the seaside overlooking Dalmatian islands and the Adriatic Sea.
